Good experience; we bought Chimney and Hob recently for my new home since my experience of the chimney that I had bought 5 years back was great. Even now we had great experience interacting with Mr. Anil who answered all our questions and showed us the products that we were looking for. Delivery of the products happened today (as promised) - I didn’t have to follow up. Overall good experience; hope to get support in the future as well.
