    I recently visited the Faber Platinum store in Lakshmi Industries, Andheri West location to make a decision for chimney and cooking hob and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Rahul, went above and beyond in assisting me, incredibly helpful in explaining the details of various products and their fitting requirements. During pre-purchasing stage, with Utopia hob and Stilux 90 Chimney, Rahul demonstrated remarkable customer service by allowing my carpenters to visit his showroom at their convenience to trace the products for a seamless installation on my counter, answering their questions from out of station without putting any pressure into making a purchase. Overall, my experience at this store was exceptional, thanks to Rahul's professionalism and customer-centric approach. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a stress free decision making time for cooking gadgets at this Faber Platinum showroom with excellent service.
