I had a wonderful experience with Faber Galleria. The entire process, from product selection to delivery, was smooth and hassle free. A special mention goes to the proprietor, Mr. Praveen. He is an exceptionally humble, polite, and genuine person who takes the time to understand customer requirements and provides honest guidance without any pressure. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. What impressed me the most was the after sales support. The team proactively raised the installation request with Faber even before I had to follow up, coordinated closely with the Faber technician, and ensured that the installation was completed smoothly, shortly after the product was delivered. Their proactive approach made the entire experience completely stress free. It's rare to find a business that is equally committed to customer service before and after the sale. I highly recommend Faber Galleria, and especially Mr. Praveen, to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding service. A truly well deserved 5-star experience!
