I was looking for a kitchen hood for my new home and visited multiple shops before making my decision. Honestly, nowhere did I receive the kind of service and attention that I got from this Faber dealer. The owner, Shinod, was extremely kind, approachable, and helpful. He offered the best pricing, which was better than what I was quoted at other shops. His genuine approach and willingness to help made the whole experience so comfortable. A special mention to Kiran, who was equally helpful. He patiently demonstrated different models and explained the features, pros and cons, and differences between the models so clearly. This really helped me make an informed decision rather than simply choosing a product based on price or appearance. It’s no surprise that this dealer has multiple outlets—the quality of service and customer experience truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Faber kitchen appliances.
