This is a genuine review of my recent purchase experience with "Faber Galleria" I was looking to buy a wine chiller and as usual, googled...listed out some phone numbers and dialed in sequence....unfortunately, the 1st couple of vendors did not respond / did not answer / did not even call back, while this gentleman Mr. Sunesh, responded at instance, provided me with the purchase assistance, responded positively for my negotiation, offered a good deal, delivered the product and got the installation done immediately. Through out the process, he was updating me on the events and assisted in smooth process...I wish him and his company all the best
