  • Customer Care is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days.
  • Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
    You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
    Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
    You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
  • Post dispatch a unique tracking link will be shared to your registered email address. You can track the order by using the tracking link.
  • You will not be able to add or edit the order after an order is already placed. You can place a second order if you wish to order an additional product
  • You may use our Search Function to look for an product by category, keyword, model code or model name.
  • We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new products and great offers.

  • Our delivery partners deliver e-commerce shipments to most of the Pin codes in India. You can check estimated delivery date by entering your location Pin code on each product page.
  • We are unable to take such requests at the moment.
  • It is advisable not to self-open the appliances which need installation (chimneys, dishwashers, water purifiers, geysers etc) The box will be opened by Faber service expert for installation, if the product is damaged, then expert will mention the same on Job sheet, basis of which you can raise a replacement/return query.
  • Post the product reaches back to our warehouse, You will receive the refund within 7–10 business days into original instrument of payment used while ordering
