I had a complicated issue with the Chimney fixture. It was slightly tilted and I called customer care twice but got no proper response in sending technician. I then called Mr.Ginish from Faber Platinum Studio Pattom and he was instantly ready to help. Within seconds I got a call from the service center and Ginish was on top of the issue until the technician reached me and fixed the issue. Overwhelming response and commitment from Mr.Ginish.
