Faber Express Galleria

I was trying to buy a built-in oven and a chimney for home. I stay at New town, walking distance from city center 2. I knew that there is a Faber store there. Spoke to them and they offered me a price for both. I requested for a site visit to be sure that those instruments will fit in my kitchen. They sent someone and took 500 x 2 for two equipments and that too in advance. Anyway after site visit, they suddenly increased the price. On confrontation, they said that the discussion at the store was verbal. They didn't even provide the receipt of the site visit. I later came to that Faber official charge is 300. I really felt cheated with this store. I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID CITY CENTER 2 FABER STORE WHO MISGUIDE CUSTOMERS AND AS A CUSTOMER I FELT CHEATED. I started to look for alternate store and could find this Kasba store. Reached them out. I immediately got a call from them and I told them about my requirements. They spoke about various options & also told me which are choices potentially suitable for me without trying to push through expensive or unproven models. They shared me all the detailed documents for me study. A gentleman named Punya was interacting with me. Few days later, I visited their store. Punya & Chandan walked me through various models vis-a-vis my needs, explained pros & cons of the models, technology like BLDC / non-BLDC models and answered all my questions. I booked both the products and requested them one them (the oven) to be delivered before Christmas. They checked the availability in their inventory and then promised the time of delivery. AND THEY DID EVERYTHING AS PROMISED. ALSO CONSTANTLY KEPT ME UPDATED THRU WHATSAPP AND CALLS ON THE STATUS. This was such a professional dealing and as a Customer I cannot expect more. Even though Kasba is far from place, it was really worth buying from this store. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR FABER PRODUCTS. You will not only get genuine products but also perfect guidance on suitability without excessive sales pitch or pushy on models which are not proven or someone trying to reduce the unsold stock. Durables are a long term investment & you need trustworthy places to buy. This is one of them. I would like convey my Thanks & Best Wishes for both these gentleman, Punya & Chandan. Pls keep up your professional and trustworthy approach. Customers will love your store.
