Again, I visited (22-Jul) the Faber Arumbakkam branch to purchase a cooktop. Although there is a Faber showroom closer to my workplace, I preferred to visit the Arumbakkam branch because of Mr. Muthu. Mr. Muthu is extremely courteous, patient, and approachable. He explains every product in detail without ever making the customer feel rushed, and he does so with remarkable patience and dedication. His professionalism and excellent customer service made my purchasing experience truly pleasant, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts.
